Should you Take Pre Workout?

Pre Workout supplements are one of the most popular products in the sport supplement industry. Whether this popularity comes from pre workouts ability to provide legitimate results or through the power of promotion alone still remains to be seen. I have been taking a pre-workout supplement (C4) for over half of a month and comparing how it affected physically, mentally and financially compared to not taking it. Now I'm in the unique position to give an objective analysis of how pre-workout affected me without any other factors influencing the results. This video explains my results.

Pre workout is neither the miracle product it's promoted as nor is it entirely a Placebo. Like most things in life, it falls somewhere on the spectrum. Do not take pre workout with the expectation of receiving results anywhere in the neighbourhood of what's promised. It WON'T happen. What you can expect is a VERY modest increase in physical performance and hypertrophy along with a momentary increase in motivation to workout (through both caffeine and the placebo effect).

Many of these physical benefits are likely a results of creatine alone which is why my next experiment will be conducted on creatine. Make sure you subscribe to the channel to see the results of my next experiment with creatine to find out.
